All Clients, new or established MUST fill out a COVID-19 waiver and a Late Policy form before your first appointment back from the COVID-19 quarantine/shut down.

If you feel ill, have a fever or have been exposed to COVID-19 or the FLU in the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.

Please arrive to your service with a mask on.

Hands nee to be sanitized/washed before your service starts.

Please no extra guests or children.

Please arrive on time and text when you have arrived. I will send you a text when I'm ready for you.

If you arrive early, please remain in your car.

If you are coming for a lash service and you get cold easily, please bring your own blanket.

Please do not arrive late. Due to extra in-depth cleaning in between clients, I now have to keep a very tight schedule. After 10 minutes, if you have not shown up, I will have to cancel you and I will charge you a no show fee. I will have to be rigid on this rule until I feel I can go back to my original 15 minute buffer time.
